Today we were pleased to welcome Aaron from the NI Dairy Council. Aaron delivered an interactive, engaging and very informative workshop to our Primary 5 and Primary 6 pupils.
Our pupils learned about the importance of having a healthy, balanced lifestyle, and understanding why we eat dairy foods.
They used the acronym MILK to support this understanding:
Move your body to keep fit Inside or outside, all exercise counts Let's eat milk, cheese and yoghurt for calcium Keep the right balance between the food groups
