As part of our Easter crafts, P6 wrote compliments to other children in our class. They decorated eggs, wrote the compliments on them and handed them out to their friends in our class. They also made Easter baskets and they were able to pop their eggs, along with their compliments, in to their basket. The children really enjoyed receiving compliments for their baskets, but most importantly, they enjoyed writing and handing out the compliments to their friends. After the activity, we received comments such as ‘I just feel happier’ and ‘I really feel like I belong here’. A wonderful start to our Monday morning!!
