We have been taking part in a variety of activities for Children's Mental Health Week.
Monday - We took part in some mindfulness activities, learning to breathe and relax our minds. Tuesday - Saw us take part in the daily mile at school and also extra outdoor play! Wednesday - We completed the Rainbow Quest, looking for a variety of colours in our environment. Thursday - Was our Sensory Challenge. We had to try and use our senses to discover what is happening around us. Friday - We became superheroes!! We donated items of food to our local foodbank.
